1. Price it right from the start. Some sellers think they should list their home at a higher price and come down later if they need to. However, that strategy won’t work in today’s market, as the market itself drives prices up on its own. So, sit down with your listing specialist and look at comparable prices to get the correct price right off the bat.

2. Make sure that your listing agent has a ramped up marketing strategy. We hire a professional photographer to showcase your house. We are also very active on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and even Snapchat. We create videos for your property and we go door knocking for your open houses. We also make sure that your neighbors know about the property so that they can pick their own neighbors.
