I recently had the opportunity to sit down with House Hunters Team founder Earron Shields and ask him a few questions about the market and his business.
Earron is a New York native who has been in Minnesota for about 23 years now. He started in real estate over two decades ago and his passion for the business allowed him to get off the ground and running fast. It also allowed him to build this team.
The reason Earron has so much passion for real estate is because he loves that fact that no matter where you’re at in your life, whether it’s tragedy or triumph, he has an opportunity to affect people positively in a great way and bring people together. House Hunters currently has teams in Minnesota, Denver, and Chicago that are doing just that.
What can you expect to receive as a House Hunters client? According to Earron, you can simply expect service at the highest level. Clients get weekly phone calls with updates, consultations, and more. Sometimes agents get so caught up in technology that they forget the importance of one-on-one interaction.
What trends does Earron see disrupting or dominating the market in the future? Technology, of course, as well as the increasing trend of baby boomers moving into the city versus living in the suburbs. Finally, everyone is subject to millennials and what they do as the key demographic in the market for the foreseeable future.
